The record is in a very nice EX+ condition, with just a couple of very light marks, the rough texture labels are in NM condition, over all the record keeps it's bright clean shine. The sleeve is also in a good NM condition, still with a bright clean finish, and all most no wear.

Rolando Al and The Soul Brothers -Pheonix City, original 1966 UK Doctor Bird label issue DB-1020, coupled with Men Alone by The Deacons on the flip side. The record on both sides play very well, with no skips or jumps, a little bit of back ground noise in some quiet places, but nothing major, the vinyl still has alot of gloss and is very bright, with a few surface marks and scuffs, over all VG+ condition. The labels are again free of any writting, a little ring wear as you would expect from this 45+ year old label, again in VG+ condition. Although classic tracks, this is a very rare UK release from a Studio 1 production.
