The record is in EX condition, with just a couple of bery light marks, still very bright and clean, plays excellent, with a clear and clean sound. The labels are again in EX condition, very clean and bright with just one or two light spindle marks. The cover is in a good VG+ condition, the front cover is quite bright and clean, a little aging to the white laminated sleeve, and a little grubby to the edges and corners, to the reverse the non laminated side, a little grubby and dirty, and slight ring wear. The aging and dirty sleeve due to being stored in the loft, but no rips or tears, or writting on the sleeve or the labels. Over all, a very good EX example of this extremely rare and very hard to find British EP from The Artwoods, very difficult to find in any condition.
